This circular aluminum housing is formed from aluminum alloy using a die-casting mold and features a design combining a black outer rim with a silver-gray back. The front side is characterized by radial ribs, a central mounting area, screw bosses, and peripheral openings, while the back consists of a circular metal disc featuring a central hole, small mounting holes, and notches along the outer rim.

Die Casting Alloys Aluminum Features

Circular Design

These aluminum die-castings feature a circular disc structure; the outer rim, central area, rear mounting surface, and specific notches are all formed during the molding process. RUIXIN confirms specifications—such as outer diameter, thickness, rim width, and central mounting dimensions—based on customer 2D drawings or 3D files, with standard dimensional tolerances ranging from ±0.10mm to ±0.30mm. The circular profile ensures consistent aesthetics for mass production and facilitates subsequent assembly with face rings, lamp shades, or mounting hardware.

Precision

The front side of the aluminum die-casting incorporates multiple screw bosses, locating holes, a central mounting position, and small raised features, demanding high mold precision and exacting post-processing standards. RUIXIN precisely controls hole spacing, diameters, boss heights, and mounting surface locations, accommodating common thread specifications such as M3, M4, and M5. For circular die-castings with multiple holes, machining accuracy is critical for proper fit; therefore, processes such as drilling, tapping, and trimming are employed to ensure quality.

Heat Dissipation

Multiple sets of radial ribs are distributed across the front of the aluminum die-casting, and the outer rim features openings, effectively increasing the component's surface area. With a thermal conductivity typically ranging from 96W/m·K to 180W/m·K, aluminum alloy is ideal for manufacturing metal housings that require efficient heat transfer. Rib height, thickness, quantity, and angle can be adjusted according to drawings, enabling the development of circular aluminum die-cast products with diverse diameters and structural specifications.

Flatness

The rear of the aluminum die-casting consists of a large circular disc surface featuring small central mounting holes and localized raised areas, requiring strict control over flatness. RUIXIN coordinates flatness specifications, hole positioning, and machining methods for edge notches based on assembly requirements. Key surfaces undergo localized finishing to minimize issues such as surface undulations, uneven edges, or poor mating at assembly points, thereby facilitating subsequent component integration.

Fine Finish

The surface of the aluminum die-casting can undergo various treatments, including deburring, trimming, sandblasting, powder coating, and painting. The sandblasting roughness can be specified within the Ra3.2 to Ra6.3 range, and the powder coating thickness controlled between 60μm and 100μm. Following treatment, the black outer rim, radial ribs, and silver-gray back surface appear cleaner, and the edges feel smoother to the touch, effectively minimizing visible casting marks, burrs, and localized color variations.

Industrial Facility Ceilings

Die-cast aluminum alloy components are suitable for the housings of circular high-bay lights installed on industrial facility ceilings. These components integrate with light source boards, power modules, suspension brackets, and mounting hardware, making them ideal for lighting projects in production workshops, equipment zones, and large indoor spaces. Buyers can specify dimensions based on ceiling height, fixture diameter, mounting method, and project volume, facilitating mass assembly by manufacturers.

Warehouse and Logistics Centers

In warehouse and logistics centers, die-cast aluminum alloy components are used for high-bay warehouse lights, aisle lights, and loading dock fixtures. They integrate with suspension hardware, wiring compartments, light source boards, and lens covers, serving lighting needs in sorting areas, entry/exit points, loading zones, and cargo transit areas. Buyers can determine product dimensions based on ceiling height, illumination range, and mounting location.

Stadium and Arena Ceilings

Die-cast aluminum alloy components are suitable for the housings of arena lights, training facility lights, and large-space suspended fixtures. Their circular design facilitates integration with suspension systems, light source modules, and mounting brackets. Project specifications—such as those for spectator stands, playing fields, mounting heights, and fixture layouts—can be tailored for mass procurement of public lighting equipment.

Commercial Plaza Atriums

In commercial plaza atriums, die-cast aluminum alloy components are used for large-scale public lighting fixtures. Their black finish complements the aesthetic of modern commercial spaces, making them suitable for corridors, open lounge areas, mall entrances, and shared spaces. Buyers can customize specifications—including color, dimensions, suspension method, and packaging—to streamline on-site installation.

Municipal Waiting Halls

In municipal waiting halls, die-cast aluminum alloy components serve as housings for public lighting fixtures. These components integrate with suspension hardware, lens covers, light source assemblies, and mounting hardware to form complete fixtures, making them ideal for waiting areas, service halls, public corridors, and transit platforms. Procurement orders can be placed based on drawing numbers, mounting hole specifications, surface finishes, and delivery batches.
