Die-cast products are metal components manufactured via the die-casting process, utilizing materials such as aluminum and zinc alloys. They encompass a wide range of forms, including housings, frames, connectors, mounting brackets, heat-dissipating structural components, and custom-shaped metal parts. Typically customized based on client specifications—such as drawings, samples, dimensional requirements, material grades, surface finishes, and packaging methods—these items are common custom metal components in industrial projects.

Die Casting Products Features

Precision

Die-cast products are formed using molds, allowing for precise control over shapes, edge profiles, hole locations, and mounting surfaces based on technical drawings. RUIXIN verifies product dimensions using 2D drawings or 3D files, typically maintaining tolerances between ±0.10mm and ±0.30mm. For components featuring screw holes, mounting bases, slots, and assembly surfaces, fit accuracy can be further enhanced through secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, and trimming.

Compact

Die-cast products allow for the integration of outer frames, ribs, holes, bosses, mounting cavities, and connection structures within a limited footprint, thereby reducing the assembly complexity associated with multi-part designs. Standard wall thicknesses typically range from 2.5mm to 5mm, with localized thickening applied to areas subject to higher stress. For complex custom aluminum parts, RUIXIN adjusts mold designs based on load direction and assembly positioning to optimize the overall layout.

Refined

Die-cast products can undergo various surface treatments, including deburring, sandblasting, powder coating, and painting. Sandblasting roughness can be specified within the Ra3.2 to Ra6.3 range, while powder coating thickness is controlled between 60μm and 100μm. These treatments ensure uniform color and smooth edges, minimizing burrs, casting marks, and localized color variations—making them ideal for mass-production projects requiring consistent aesthetics.

Stable

Die-cast products can be manufactured from common alloys such as ADC12 and A380, making them suitable for the mass production of metal housings, brackets, and structural components. Aluminum has a density of approximately 2.7g/cm³ and a thermal conductivity generally ranging from 96W/m·K to 180W/m·K. RUIXIN collaborates with clients to select materials based on structural design, operating environments, and post-processing requirements, ensuring an optimal balance between weight, appearance, and manufacturability.

Flexible

Die-cast products offer flexibility in customization, allowing adjustments to material, dimensions, hole locations, ribbing, color, surface finish, and packaging methods to meet specific project requirements. RUIXIN supports the entire process—from sample reverse engineering and drawing verification to mold development, prototype validation, machining, and mass production. For OEM aluminum die-casting orders, we collaborate with clients to develop production plans based on product drawings, assembly requirements, and annual procurement schedules, facilitating long-term supply partnerships.

Outdoor Lighting Factory

In outdoor lighting manufacturing, die-cast products are used for street light housings, floodlight casings, garden light components, and luminaire mounting brackets. Buyers can finalize product specifications based on fixture dimensions, mounting angles, color finishes, and accessory configurations. These aluminum die-cast housings integrate seamlessly with light source boards, lenses, brackets, and wiring components, making them ideal for mass assembly by lighting manufacturers.

Automotive Parts Workshop

In automotive parts workshops, die-cast products serve as metal brackets, mounting bases, housing components, and functional connectors. These parts are engineered to meet specific requirements regarding assembly space, mounting hole locations, and connection orientations. Buyers can provide samples or drawings; RUIXIN collaborates on mold design, machining, surface finishing, and inspection protocols to fulfill production orders for automotive components.

Industrial Equipment Site

In industrial equipment applications, die-cast products are used for equipment housings, structural supports, mounting bases, and protective covers. These metal components often integrate with motors, drive mechanisms, control modules, or machinery frameworks. Customization based on equipment dimensions, mounting methods, and surface finishes ensures the parts align perfectly with the overall machine structure and facilitate future maintenance.

Home Hardware Assembly Area

In home hardware assembly, die-cast products are used for furniture connectors, brackets, handle mounts, decorative metal accents, and custom structural parts. Production specifications are confirmed based on aesthetic design, hole orientation, surface color, and packaging requirements. For high-volume hardware projects, aluminum die-casting ensures consistent dimensions, streamlining subsequent assembly and inventory management.

Electronics Assembly Line

On electronics assembly lines, die-cast products serve as housings, heat sinks, mounting frames, and protective structural components. Parts are developed to accommodate circuit board dimensions, screw boss locations, wiring apertures, and thermal management zones. Following machining and surface treatment, these aluminum die-castings integrate with electronic modules, mounting brackets, and external panels, making them well-suited for mass-production electronics projects.

Company Profile

We are a manufacturing company specializing in aluminum die casting, in-house tooling, and secondary processing for stable volumeproduction. With a practical engineering mindset and a production system built around repeatabity, we support customers from molddevelopment through mass production, delivering consistent parts with reliable lead time control.
